Alice, the child protagonist of Lewis Carroll's Alice's adventures in Wonderland, follows a hurried rabbit into it's hole and winds up in Wonderland. Encountering a peculiar cast of characters, she becomes quite artful in her interactions with these new "mad" friends; modulating her intake of elixirs and substances in an attempt to play her part correctly. Is it real? A magical realm made specifically for her or just a bored young girl's imagination run wild one afternoon. A classic tale visualized in a modern tone with 42 new illustrations.
