Climate Change Mitigation: Indian Perspective addresses the issues of climate change mitigation. Climate change is opulent; assuming and conceding that climate change mitigation is only remedy available against this anthropogenic problem. UNFCCC and Paris Agreement, 2015 have made a vigorous attempt to have a direct and concerted action of the World community to mitigate climate change. India being a concerned state and a champion of developing nations have initiated actions with regard to mitigation of climate change and sustainable environment without losing sights of its developmental goals and energy needs. The authors in this work have undertaken to examine & investigate the legal issues of climate change mitigation with special reference to Indian perspective to suggest for a better & holistic climate change mitigation without compromising development. The book concentrate on post Paris scenario relating to climate change mitigation. The work extensively discusses the Indian initiatives relating to climate change mitigation, decarbonization and zero carbon emission. The work lucidly explains the initiatives and paves ways for other nations to follow the formula, as India is the largest populous country being the biggest anthropogenic polluter and at the same time the worst victim of climate change.

Les implants inclin s constituent une tr s bonne alternative aux implants conventionnels en raison de leurs nombreux avantages, tels que la fonction et l'esth tique imm diates, la morbidit r duite, la satisfaction lev e des patients et les co ts relativement inf rieurs. Ces facteurs doivent tre pris en compte lors de l' valuation des options de traitement pour une m choire dent e afin d'obtenir des r sultats long terme. Les avantages des implants inclin s sont: (a) l'utilisation d'implants plus longs, augmentant ainsi la surface de contact (ost oint gration); (b) une stabilit primaire am lior e par ancrage dans plus d'une couche corticale; (c) l' vitement des extr mit s en porte- -faux en pla ant les implants plus distal et avec une meilleure r partition de la charge sur l'arcade dentaire; et (d) viter le recours aux greffes osseuses et aux proc dures de soul vement des sinus - avec pour cons quence une r duction de la morbidit . Incidence minimale des complications chirurgicales et taux lev s de survie des implants. un support proth tique biom caniquement favorable peut tre obtenu en inclinant les implants post rieurs et cette inclinaison de l'implant en soi n'a aucun effet n gatif sur la r sorption osseuse.

Gli impianti inclinati rappresentano un'ottima alternativa agli impianti convenzionali grazie ai suoi numerosi vantaggi, come funzionalit ed estetica immediate, morbilit ridotta, elevata soddisfazione del paziente e costi relativamente inferiori. Questi fattori dovrebbero essere considerati quando si valutano le opzioni di trattamento per una mascella edentula per risultati a lungo termine. I vantaggi degli impianti inclinati sono: (a) l'uso di impianti pi lunghi, aumentando cos la superficie di contatto (osteointegrazione); (b) migliore stabilit primaria mediante l'ancoraggio in pi di uno strato corticale; (c) evitare le estremit a sbalzo posizionando gli impianti pi distali e con una migliore distribuzione del carico sull'arcata dentale; e (d) evitare l'uso di innesti ossei e procedure di rialzo del seno, con la conseguente riduzione della morbilit . Minima incidenza di complicanze chirurgiche e alti tassi di sopravvivenza dell'impianto. Un supporto protesico biomeccanicamente favorevole pu essere ottenuto inclinando gli impianti posteriori e l'inclinazione dell'impianto di per s non ha effetti negativi sul riassorbimento osseo.

Schr gimplantate sind aufgrund ihrer zahlreichen Vorteile, wie sofortiger Funktion und sthetik, geringerer Morbidit t, hoher Patientenzufriedenheit und relativ geringerer Kosten, eine sehr gute Alternative zu herk mmlichen Implantaten. Diese Faktoren sollten bei der Beurteilung der Behandlungsm glichkeiten f r einen zahnlosen Kiefer ber cksichtigt werden, um langfristige Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Die Vorteile geneigter Implantate sind: (a) die Verwendung l ngerer Implantate, wodurch die Kontaktfl che (Osseointegration) vergr ert wird; (b) verbesserte Prim rstabilit t durch Verankerung in mehr als einer kortikalen Schicht; (c) die Vermeidung freitragender Extremit ten durch Platzierung der Implantate weiter distal und mit besserer Lastverteilung ber den Zahnbogen; und (d) Vermeidung der Verwendung von Knochentransplantaten und Sinusliftverfahren - mit der daraus resultierenden Verringerung der Morbidit t. Minimale Inzidenz chirurgischer Komplikationen und hohe Implantat berlebensraten. Durch Kippen der hinteren Implantate kann eine biomechanisch g nstige prothetische Unterst tzung erreicht werden, und das Kippen des Implantats hat per se keinen negativen Einfluss auf die Knochenresorption.

Characterization of heavy metals and its biochemical mitigation approach were tested in sewage irrigated soils in three adjoining village (Kalupur, Basantpur and Mathurapur) of Nathnagar block (Bhagalpur district). In Kalupur village, the value of DTPA-Cd, Pb and As content in surface soils varied from 0.08 to 0.48, 0.37 to 6.35 and 0.11 to 0.55 mg kg-1. Similarly, in Basantpur village, 0.09 to 1.41,1.50 to 6.83, and 0.17 to 0.68 mg kg-1. In Mathurapur village, 0.08 to 2.55, 1.92 to 6.35 and 0.11 to 0.37 mg kg-1, respectively in similar line with DTPA-Cd, Pb and As content in respective village of the study areas. The mitigation approach of heavy metals viz., As, Cd and Pb through biochemical washing technique in test crops (Cabbage, Spinach and Cauliflower) at a distance of 50 m, 150 m, and 400 m revealed that the maximum reduction of heavy metals was observed when the leaf samples were washed with 8% ginger solution.

This research investigates the interplay between social media and democracy in the Indian context. As this area seems to be so broad, attempt to narrow down the scope of the enquiry particularly to the rise of right wing politics and its synergy with social media eco-system can be noticed across the study. To say link between democracy and social media is an old question is not hasty because a large number of studies have already enriched scholarship in this area. However, in the light of some recent developments, particularly the negative news such as the misuse of social media by criminals and hate speakers, this connection demands new academic scholarship. The role of social media eco-system in the rise of divisiveness and hate in the society, these linkages need to be relooked. In this scenario, whether democracy as an inclusive space is derailed by social media is an intriguing question. Particularly because it gives unrestrained freedom to publish hate ideas and divisive information. The rise of right wing politics and its electoral margins in 2014 and 2019 general elections require to be added to this question. These are broad premise upon which this investigation finds footing.
