Le MID peut tre d fini comme "une philosophie de soins professionnels qui se pr occupe de la premi re apparition, de la gu rison la plus pr coce possible de la maladie au niveau micro (mol culaire), suivie d'un traitement minimalement invasif et adapt au patient pour r parer les dommages irr versibles caus s par cette maladie". Le MID comprend les principes suivants: Le diagnostic pr coce des caries et l' valuation de l'activit carieuse, la classification de la profondeur et de la progression des caries l'aide de radiographies, l' valuation du risque individuel de caries ( lev , mod r , faible), l'arr t des l sions actives, la remin ralisation et le suivi des l sions non cavitaires, la mise en place de restaurations sur les dents pr sentant des l sions cavitaires l'aide de mod les cavit minimale et l' valuation des r sultats de la gestion de la maladie des intervalles pr tablis. L' radication de la maladie et le suivi r gulier constituent la pierre angulaire de la m thode MID.

Die MID umfasst die folgenden Grunds tze: Fr hzeitige Kariesdiagnose und Bewertung der Kariesaktivit t, Klassifizierung der Kariestiefe und des Kariesfortschritts anhand von R ntgenbildern, Bewertung des individuellen Kariesrisikos (hoch, mittel, niedrig), Eind mmung aktiver L sionen, Remineralisierung und berwachung nicht kavitierter L sionen, Einsetzen von Restaurationen bei Z hnen mit kavitierten L sionen unter Verwendung von Minimalhohlraumdesigns und Bewertung der Ergebnisse der Krankheitsbew ltigung in vorher festgelegten Intervallen. Die Ausrottung der Krankheit und die regelm ige Nachsorge bilden den Eckpfeiler der MID.

La MID pu essere definita come "una filosofia di cura professionale che si occupa della prima insorgenza e della prima cura possibile della malattia a livello micro (molecolare), seguita da un trattamento minimamente invasivo e adatto al paziente per riparare i danni irreversibili causati da tale malattia" Diagnosi precoce della carie e valutazione dell'attivit cariogena, classificazione della profondit e della progressione della carie mediante radiografie, valutazione del rischio individuale di carie (alto, moderato, basso), arresto delle lesioni attive, remineralizzazione e monitoraggio delle lesioni non cavitate, posizionamento di restauri in denti con lesioni cavitate utilizzando design a cavit minima e valutazione dei risultati della gestione della malattia a intervalli prestabiliti. L'eradicazione della malattia e il follow-up regolare costituiscono la pietra miliare della MID.

The MID can be defined as "A philosophy of professional care concerned with first occurrence, earliest possible cure of disease on micro (molecular) levels, followed by minimally invasive and patient friendly treatment to repair irreversible damage caused by such disease." The MID includes the following principles: Early caries diagnosis and assessment of caries activity, the classification of caries depth and progression using radiographs, the assessment of individual caries risk (high, moderate, low), the arresting of active lesions, the remineralization and monitoring of noncavitated lesions, the placement of restorations in teeth with cavitated lesions using minimal cavity designs, and assessing disease management outcomes at preestablished intervals. Disease eradication and regular follow-up form the cornerstone of MID.

Teachers are the most important group of professionals for our nation's future. Their contribution as a nation builder depends upon how much they are aware of and satisfied with their jobs. They play a crucial role in the growth of the education system. Nowadays, it has been observed that the teachers are under tremendous pressure to deliver quality education to the students. The recent enactment of RTE Act in the country has further increased the responsibility of the teachers. They are also expected to play a constructive role in society and to be role models for others. It is only possible if they are satisfied with their profession. There are two categories of private institutions i.e. aided and unaided. Aided schools are those, which get financial assistance from the government and the unaided are those, which do not get any such assistance. The other essential distinction between aided and unaided institutions can be made on account of autonomy. The un-aided schools enjoy a higher level of autonomy to run the administration of the schools as compared to government-aided schools.
