Over the course of more than 80 intrepid trips through Greenland, Iceland, Norway, and the Faroe Islands, Forster captures the epic landscapes, wildlife, and beauty of these far-flung isles. Forster's journey saw him walking hundreds of kilometres through the Highlands of Iceland, paddling a kayak along the west coast of Greenland, sailing on an old wooden ship through the mighty Scoresby Sound of East Greenland, and scaling one of the steepest cliffs on the Faroe Islands. His photographs capture not only these extraordinary landscapes, but also their native inhabitants: young polar foxes, musk ox families, sea eagles, and puffins. Seit Inkrafttreten des Strafrechtsanderungsgesetzes 1989 werden von den Tatbestanden der 239 a, 239 b StGB neben den Drei-Personen-Verhaltnissen auch sog. Zwei-Personen-Verhaltnisse erfasst. Dies hat zur Folge, dass typische Sachverhalte der sexuellen Noetigung und Erpressung gleichzeitig die Tatbestande der 239 a, 239 b StGB erfullen und damit mit einer dramatisch hoeheren Strafe bedroht werden. Deshalb wurden vielfaltige Bemuhungen um eine restriktive Auslegung der 239 a, 239 b StGB in den Zwei-Personen-Verhaltnissen unternommen. Auch durch die Entscheidung des Grossen Senats fur Strafsachen des BGH aus dem Jahr 1994 wurde keine voll befriedigende Eingrenzung der Bemachtigungsfalle im Zwei-Personen-Verhaltnis erreicht. Da sich auch die Hoffnungen auf ein Tatigwerden des Gesetzgebers nicht erfullt haben, bedarf die Zwei-Personen-Problematik im Rahmen der bestehenden Gesetzeslage einer Loesung. Ziel der Arbeit ist es deshalb, einen Vorschlag fur eine sachgerechte Restriktion der Geiselnahmedelikte zu erarbeiten. Ausserdem entwickelt die Arbeit einen weiterfuhrenden Gesetzgebungsvorschlag fur eine Neuregelung der 239 a, 239 b StGB.
