Features of Performance Programs Company's Kansas Real Estate License Exam Prep (KS-RELEP): National Principles & Law Key Point Review (60 pages) Real Estate Math Key Formula Review & Practice (20 pages) Kansas-Specific Laws and Practices (22 pages) National Practice Tests (500 questions) Kansas Practice Tests (100 questions) Kansas Sample Exam (100 questions) We know the real estate licensing exam can be tough, and very nerve-wracking to prepare for. That's why we created Kansas Real Estate License Exam Prep (KS-RELEP) the way we did. Since we have been managing real estate schools and developing curriculum for forty years, we know how all this works - or fails to work. KS-RELEP is comprehensive in that it contains both key content review and testing practice. And the text review is Kansas-specific - not just simplistic national content, but terse, relevant and accurate Kansas laws and regulations presented as a well-organized set of state 'key point reviews' ideal for pre-test memorization. But let's not dismiss the importance of the national content either. KS-RELEP's national key point reviews are a succinct compression of tested national principles and practices that comprise the national portion of state license exams from coast to coast. Our content is drawn from our own national textbook, Principles of Real Estate Practice - one of the most widely used principles textbooks in the country. Finally, our national content, as well as our question selection, is further tailored to the state testing outline promulgated by Pearson Vue for Kansas. Thus the breadth and depth of the law reviews and test questions reflect the topic emphasis of your state's testing service and your Kansas license exam. A word about the test questions... KS-RELEP's testing practice section consists of ten national practice tests, five state practice tests, and one state exam sample test. The practice tests are roughly 50 questions in length and the sample test is 100 questions. The test questions are designed to cover the content covered by the law reviews - which reinforces your learning of the total body of information tested by your state exam. The questions are direct, to the point, and designed to test your understanding. When you have completed a given test, you can check your answers against the answer key in the appendix. You may also note that each question's answer is accompanied by a brief explanation, or "rationale" to further reinforce your understanding. In the end, as you know, it's all up to you. Unlike other publications, we are not going to tell you that using this book will guarantee that you pass your state exam. It still takes hard work and study to pass. But we have done our best here to get you ready. Following that, the most we can do is wish you the best of success in taking and passing your Kansas real estate exam. So good luck For students looking for a comprehensive national principles textbook, we also publish Principles of Real Estate Practice. For additional real estate mathematics practice, we sell Real Estate Math Express.

Performance Programs Company's Missouri Advanced Real Estate Practice (MAREP) program has been developed to satisfy Missouri's 24-hour real estate practice education requirement following completion of the 48-hour prelicense course (using Principles of Real Estate Practice in Missouri). The course fulfills the Missouri Real Estate Commission's objective of giving new Missouri licensees a carefully developed reinforcement of key real estate brokerage principles, concepts, and practices necessary to initiate a productive, professional career in real estate. Beyond an initial review of key principles, the MAREP program takes on a further examination of essential skills and practices necessary to meet client and customer transactional requirements within Missouri's legal framework. Skills examined include compliance with Missouri agency and disclosure laws; how to properly represent both sellers and buyers in real estate transactions; and an in-depth look at Missouri transaction contracts, including listings, the sales contract, offer and acceptance, earnest money, and closing costs. In addition to its agency and contracts topics, the MAREP program further examines the other key subjects required by the Commission: ethics and the NAR Code of Ethics; cooperating with other licensees; compensation in the post-NAR settlement environment; risk management and avoiding misrepresentation; types of financing; and an introduction to construction terminology essential for working with Missouri buyers and sellers in the field. Taken as a whole, the Missouri Advanced Real Estate Practice program is designed to deepen the new licensee's understanding of how brokerage works in actual practice, and how it is supposed to be undertaken in view of today's standards of professionalism, ethics, and legal compliance in Missouri. For students looking for other Missouri real estate resources, we publish Principles of Real Estate Practice in Missouri and Missouri Real Estate License Exam Prep.

Performance Programs Company's Tennessee 30-Hour Course for New Affiliates (the "TN CNA" Program) has been developed to satisfy Tennessee's 30-hour requirement after completion of the 60-hour prelicense course. The course also fulfills the Real Estate Commission's objective of giving Tennessee real estate licensees a carefully developed reinforcement of key real estate brokerage principles, concepts, and practices necessary to initiate a productive, professional career in real estate. Beyond an initial review of key principles, the TN CNA Program takes on a further examination of essential skills and practices that will be necessary to meet client and customer transactional requirements within Tennessee's legal framework. Such skills examined include compliance with Tennessee agency and disclosure laws; how to properly represent and disclose property characteristics; and an intensive look at Tennessee transaction contracts: listings; the sales contract; options and contracts for deed. Beyond its agency and contracts topics, the TN CNA further examines the other key subjects required by the Commission: fairing housing; ethics; regulatory compliance; risk reduction; property management; finance; and critical cornerstones of professional practice. Taken as a whole, the Tennessee 30-Hour Course for New Affiliates program is designed to deepen the new licensee's understanding of how brokerage works in actual practice - and how it is supposed to be undertaken in view of today's standards of professionalism, ethics, and legal compliance. Note: The course has to be taken through an approved Tennessee real estate school to get course credit.
