Die Entscheidung, ob Ber hrungen verwendet werden sollen oder nicht, erwies sich als komplex und wurde durch eine Vielzahl von gesellschaftlichen, kulturellen, methodischen und philosophischen Diskursen sowie durch pers nliche Erfahrungen und ein Verst ndnis der m glichen Auswirkungen auf den Kunden bestimmt.
