Haematological disorders are many types of variable manifestations in the oral cavity. The symptoms are non specific representing the initial sign of the underlying disease. The importance of understanding the oral manifestations that lies in the fact that signs and symptoms may be the first clinical presentation that alerts the clinicians to an underlying hematological disorder.
