'Where is my dummy? I WANT MY DUMMY!' shrieks the Little Princess when the royal dummy mysteriously disappears, yet again. Wherever the King, Queen and courtiers may hide the dreaded thing, she always finds it, albeit in the strangest of places . . . Will she ever give it up? There are now 10 Little Princess stories, and she reigns supreme all over the world, as one of the most popular picture book characters. Four of these stories have had highly successful incarnations as board books: I Want My Potty, I Want My Dinner, I Want to Be and I Want a Sister.

A little centipede with sore feet buys shoes to protect them, but he finds that the shoes are a lot of trouble to put on and take off. 12,500 first printing.

When a centipede trips over, and hurts his foot, the only thing for him to do is obtain a set of shoes for all of his feet . . . That is a lot of shoes! Now it could take him longer to get dressed than to do anything else. So, after a rethink, he shares his shoes amongst various neighbours: beetles, spiders, earwigs and other creatures. Count up the number of feet, and find out whether he manages to get rid of all his shoes! (Do you think he started with 100 in the beginning?)
