The biological potential of Heterocyclic Compounds has attracted researchers, Oxadiazole and Benzothiazole are such biologically active nucleus possessing a spectrum of biological potential like antimicrobial, antitubercular, antiHIV, anti-inflammatory etc and many effective drugs have been developed which clubbed through these important nucleuses . This work is comprised of review of brief introduction of Oxadiazole and Benzothiazole, method to develop these nucleuses and different Oxadiazole and Benzothiazole linked heterocyclic compounds having biological activeness.
