The original guide to creating wealth -- now updated with female pronouns This volume includes two complete editions of the classic book by Wallace D. Wattles: a new updated edition with female pronouns, plus the original 1910 text. Now, for the first time ever, the reader can enjoy an updated version that uses female pronouns instead of the original male pronouns. This makes the concepts more accessible, relatable, and inviting for many contemporary readers and especially those who identify as female. The Science of Getting Rich introduces a perspective in support of attracting and creating wealth, shifting from a competitive to a creative mindset, and overcoming emotional barriers. As you bring financial success into your life, you uplift the wellbeing of all those around you.

This Condensed Version of the 21st Century Adaptation of THE Science of Getting Rich has been reduced to the most basic level. Readers who are familiar with the complete book will find this a handy refresher-course. Wattles does a good job of explaining rather complex ideas, but like any literary condensation, this edition runs the risk of omitting some crucial point or explanation. Some readers may find that the best attempts to live by this principles as explained here yields little or no results. In that case, we recommend the purchase, and study, of the full book. The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles. The Science of Getting Rich is a book written by the New Thought Movement writer Wallace D. Wattles and published in 1910 by the Elizabeth Towne Company. The book is "divided into 17 short, straight-to-the-point chapters that explain how to overcome mental barriers, and how creation, rather than competition, is the hidden key to wealth attraction." THIS book is pragmatical, not philosophical; a practical manual, not a treatise upon theories. It is intended for the men and women whose most pressing need is for money; who wish to get rich first, and philosophize afterward. It is for those who have, so far, found neither the time, the means, nor the opportunity to go deeply into the study of metaphysics, but who want results and who are willing to take the conclusions of science as a basis for action, without going into all the processes by which those conclusions were reached.

This Adaptation of THE Science of Getting Rich for the 21st Century is for us and about us. Originally written by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910, this classic of prosperity literature has been rediscovered in recent decades and is now part of the public domain. While the timeless financial principles in this classic will transform our lives when we adopt them, certain aspects of the original manuscript* simply aren't a match for modern sensibilities. This Inclusive Edition is carefully edited to align with 21st century thought. Early readers of The Science of Getting Rich would understand that Wattles called his method of getting rich a "science". His contemporaries believed that the discoveries of science were infallible. Our great-great grandparents had no idea that our knowledge and understanding of our world is constantly changing as we build on the foundation of the past. The world-view of Newtonian physics, for example, has been superseded by quantum physics. This change is reflected in our Adaptation for modern readers. According to the science of Wattles' era, all things are formed of matter. At the ultimate level, everything is physical, reducible only to smaller and smaller particles of matter. Wattles believed what Newtonian physics proved: that all things that exist in our world are made up, at their most indivisible source, of matter, or what he called 'substance'. Substance, according to my contemporary dictionary (Funk & Wagnall, 1915) is "the material of which anything is made." Quantum physics, however, has since discovered that energy, not matter, underlies all material forms. I have therefore boldly substituted the word "Energy" for Wattles' "Substance" in this Adaptation for 21st Century readers. This Newtonian bias is just one of Wattle's prejudices. Writing with the cultural milieu of his century, he wrote almost exclusively for men and about men.** Gender bias, like Newtonian physics, has been superseded. This new, inclusive edition of the Science of Getting Rich is inclusive, not exclusive. While some aspects of Wattles' early 20th century mentality are anachronistic in this 21st Century, others are worth preserving. This edition is conservative in its approach to Wattles' literary style; the complexity of his sentences may slow down the eager reader, but there are hidden benefits to our understanding of his ideas as we grapple with language. Our modernized revision preserves the characteristic Wattles' writing style; I've kept his wealth of semi-colons; and his unexpected Capitalizations. And, I've conserved his inclination to start sentences with conjunctions. Another of Wattles' assumption was that all his readers would share a common ground of Christian belief, and would therefore be familiar with the Biblical stories he references. This edition preserves the stories, however, as they will be useful to some, if not all, modern readers. Likewise, Wattles uses a great number of names, words and terms, including the Christian "God", which taken as a whole convey his sense of a central idea. All of those names words and terms are preserved, with the single substitution of "Energy" for Wattles' "Substance". One final note: Many of us may find the ideas in this book familiar, even redundant. This is not surprising, for many of our best and most valuable teachers, coaches and trainers have already read and understood this Science of Getting Rich, and have applied it in their own lives and in their teachings. Wallace D Wattles himself wasn't the first to understand these principles. He was, however, the first to codify it into a simple and complete "scientific" system of thought and action. I trust that this 21st century edition of the Science of Getting Rich will inspire even more of us to study, embrace and realize these timeless principles.

Have you ever wondered how billionaires make their billion's? I know I have. I know I want more money to do the things in life that I've dreamed about. How about you? Everybody wants more money. Everybody wants a more fulfilled life of their dreams. Everybody wants a sense of security in their life that wealth, prosperity and abundance can bring them. What do these billionaires know that you don't know? Is it a secret? If it is a secret, how do you go about learning this secret? Where would you even begin to start looking? Man has been searching high and low for this secrete sense the beginning of time. He has climbed every mountain, dived in every deep sea and even dug deep into the earth. Back in gothic times they called the man who knew the secret an Alchemist and he was in possession of something called a philosopher's stone, which could turn base metals into gold. Later, in the early 1900's there were Andrew Carnegie, J. P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Thomas a. Edison, Henry Ford, Alexander Graham Bell, and Charles M. Schwab. In modern times, you have of course Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and of course Jeff Bezos. Everything these men touch seems to turn into gold. The secret is no secret. Everything these men did, you can do to. This book will tell you how.
