Mit Hilfe der Langevin-Gleichungen, der Fokker-Planck- und Master-Gleichung werden zusammen mit den entsprechenden Autokorrelationsfunktionen jeweils die spektralen Dichten für Amplitude, Phase und Ausgangsleistung sowie Linienbreite und Rauschmaß bestimmt.
