Eesti olulisima turismimagneti Tallinna vanalinna puhul on üha enam põhjust küsida, milline oleks mõistlik tasakaal ajaloolise linnasüdame kui kultuuripärandi, elukeskkonna, külastuspaiga ning kõigi muude kesklinna kasutuste vahel.
