For as long as I can remember, Denise's and my parents have sang in the adult choir at our church. Tonight, the two of us have the honor of singing with them tonight at the 6:30 Christmas Eve service. In fact, we will be singing solos I am so excited that I can barely stand it

"I still cannot believe that they are spending the week with us " Danielle exclaimed. "What time will they be here again?""Their flight got in at 2:15, so they should be arriving any minute now." My family and the Nelson's have been best friends our entire lives. While the parents have been best friends since they were in pre school, my brothers and sisters have been best friends with Delta since we were babies. Even though we live in different states, and don't get to see each other as often as we would like, we still keep in close contact with one another. Moving on, let me tell you a little as to why my family and I are over the moon with excitement After not seeing them for the past two years, the Nelson's are coming here to Anderson Cove, California to stay with my family and me until Friday. Due to the fact that Delta did not schedule a tour for this summer, she and her parents were able to come. I am very excited about seeing Delta, and hope that I get some alone time with her. After all, I have been secretly in love with her for the longest time

For as long as I can remember, I have flown from Los Angeles to Dallas to spend one week with my parents, best friend, and good friends during Thanks-giving, Christmas, and summer. However, due to the scheduling conflicts of my show, I wasn't able to do that this year. However, I am able to come home for one night to celebrate New Years Eve. Even though it is for one night, Ian uber excited After all, coming home and seeing everyone for one night is better than not seeing them at all.

Even though the best friends loved where they lived, and what they were doing, Troian and Teddy missed each other line crazy. With this said, it made it extremely hard for them to be apart. Thankfully, however, they were able to have visits like this.

It is one hour until midnight and I have yet to fall asleep. Today was one of the best Independ-ence Days that I could ever ask for Not only was there a parade, carnival, and barbeque, there were also fireworks, and alone time with Daughtry Like I said, it was an amazing day After thinking about this, I begin to think about the sad fact that my family and I will have to say goodbye to our best friends, and head back to Houston. Don't get me wrong, I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and seeing my plethora of good friends back home. I'm just sad about saying goodbye to everyone, especially Daughtry. Before I can think about tomorrow some more, I get a text. It reads: If you are up for a little bit more of alone time, please meet me in the pool room in five minutes.-Daughtry

"What time is Tyler getting here?" Thea, Tori and her twin sister, Tyler's mutual best friend asked." She will be arriving at 6:15, but will be home at 7." Tori smiled, excitement filling her chest. "I cannot wait to see my twin sister I love her and have missed her so much ""We have, too " Thomas, Tori's twin brother, and Thea and Tori's other mutual best friend, replied. "How long is she going to be here this time?""She will be here until Saturday." Tori replied. "It's hard when Tyler is here for only a short while, because I don't get to see her often.""It's hard for us, too, girl." Thea frowned, putting an arm around her best friend's shoulder. As the twins and Tori put the Christmas gingerbread cookies in the oven, they thought about Tyler, and how much they missed her. Even though it made their bond with Tyler stronger, as well as the fact that they loved it when Tyler came home, it was still hard because of how short her stay was. However, they also knew that any time with Tyler was better than no time, at all." So, Thomas," Tori smiled at her best guy friend. "Do you think that this visit will be the visit that you will finally tell Tyler how you feel about her?""Hopefully." Thomas smiled, blushing a little.

Taking a deep breath, I try to calm my nerves and fill my body and mind with the excitement that I had been feeling for the past few weeks about tonight. Tonight, I am crashing my old high school's masqueradeball (No one, not even my best friends and good friends, know that I am here) I am wearing a pastel pink strapless, sweetheart neck lined floor length dress. I am also wearing a beautiful eye mask that matches my dress. Truth be told, I look and feel beautiful On a different note, I am truly excited about tonight Due to the fact that I have lived in Los Angeles since I was fifteen and filming my uber popular and highly successful t.v. show, and don't get to come home often, tonight is very special to me. Even though I arrived in Houston this morning, and have to leave tomorrow afternoon, that doesn't change the fact that I am excited beyond belief about surprising everyone and seeing them again

"How are you feeling about tonight?" Tori, my twin sister, asked. "Excited? Nervous?""Both." I replied, honestly. "This is the first date that I have ever been on with Thomas, and I don't want to screw it up.""You won't, I promise." Tori replied. "Besides, it's normal to be both excited and nervous about a first date.""It is?""Definitely." Tori replied. "When Trent and I went on our first date, I was nervous.
