Carbon-based nanomaterials are fascinating newcomers for generation, modulation, and detection of terahertz (THz) electromagnetic waves. The anticipated amplified emission in this spectral range from the graphene is yet to be observed while the linear energetic dispersion of monoatomic graphene restricts the electronic accelerations. On the other hand, in the case of graphite, the Fermi-level engineering is turned out to be useful in modifying the electrical transports via doping and interfacial work function offsets. In particular, the work function engineering among air, graphite, and metals allowed a viable route to tuning the graphitic energy profiles and manipulating the THz radiation features. The novel functionalized graphene structures have been synthesized e.g. holey graphene with nitrogen atoms being added into otherwise conventional graphene and can possibly be useful in controlling the transport properties.

Das Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Auswirkungen der strategischen F hrung auf die Kreativit t und die Leistung der Mitarbeiter zu untersuchen, indem die verschiedenen Dimensionen der strategischen F hrung (Kundenorientierung, Gesch ftsentwicklung, operative Effizienz und organisatorische Kreativit t) analysiert werden, und zwar durch den Einfluss des Vertrauens und die Frage, inwieweit das Vertrauen die Beziehung zwischen der strategischen F hrung und der Kreativit t der Mitarbeiter sowie zwischen der strategischen F hrung und der Leistung der Mitarbeiter beeinflusst. Das Ergebnis zeigt, dass beide abh ngigen Variablen positiv mit dem strategischen F hrungsstil zusammenh ngen und somit ein positiver Einfluss der strategischen F hrung auf die Kreativit t der Mitarbeiter und die Mitarbeiterleistung besteht. Daraus schlie en wir, dass es neben Vertrauen noch andere Faktoren gibt, die die Kreativit t der Mitarbeiter in einer Organisation f rdern k nnen.

Este impacto analisado atrav s do papel influenciador da confian a e tamb m em que medida a confian a tem impacto na rela o entre a lideran a estrat gica e a criatividade dos trabalhadores, bem como entre a lideran a estrat gica e o desempenho dos trabalhadores. O resultado mostrou que ambas as vari veis dependentes se relacionam positivamente com o estilo de lideran a estrat gica e, por conseguinte, existe um impacto positivo da lideran a estrat gica na criatividade e no desempenho dos trabalhadores. Conclu mos assim que, para al m da confian a, existem outros factores que podem impulsionar a criatividade dos trabalhadores numa organiza o.

L'objectif de cette tude est d' tudier l'impact du leadership strat gique sur la cr ativit et les performances des employ s en analysant les diff rentes dimensions du leadership strat gique (centrage sur le client, d veloppement commercial, efficacit op rationnelle et cr ativit organisationnelle). Cet impact est analys travers le r le d'influence de la confiance et aussi dans quelle mesure la confiance a un impact sur la relation entre le leadership strat gique et la cr ativit des employ s ainsi que le leadership strat gique et les performances des employ s. Les r sultats montrent que les deux variables d pendantes sont positivement li es au style de leadership strat gique et qu'il y a donc un impact positif du leadership strat gique sur la cr ativit et les performances des employ s. Nous en concluons qu'il existe d'autres facteurs que la confiance qui peuvent stimuler la cr ativit des employ s dans une organisation.

Lo scopo di questo studio indagare l'impatto della leadership strategica sulla creativit dei dipendenti e sulle prestazioni dei dipendenti analizzando le varie dimensioni della leadership strategica (centralit del cliente, sviluppo del business, efficacia operativa e creativit organizzativa). Questo impatto analizzato attraverso il ruolo di influenza della fiducia e anche in che misura la fiducia influisce sulla relazione tra leadership strategica e creativit dei dipendenti e leadership strategica e prestazioni dei dipendenti. Il risultato ha mostrato che entrambe le variabili dipendenti sono correlate positivamente con lo stile di leadership strategica e quindi c' un impatto positivo della leadership strategica sulla creativit dei dipendenti e sulla loro performance. Concludiamo che, oltre alla fiducia, esistono altri fattori in grado di stimolare la creativit dei dipendenti in un'organizzazione.
